We’ll take care of the contract, payment, and other on-boarding aspects of your project before our official start date so we can hit the ground running. You’ll receive a Welcome Kit that includes the brand and messaging questionnaire, and a delightful bit of aromatherapy to help you tap into your creativity and deeper wisdom as you complete it.
WEEK ONE
We kick off with an in-depth audit of your current website and marketing materials. We work together to dig below the surface and define your message, mission, and voice. We discuss how you want your website’s visitors to feel when they are on the site. Dori sketches out the website and begins SEO research.
WEEK TWO
You select brand colors, images, and fonts based on our curated, intuition-driven suggestions. You provide input and insight into what drives your ideal client, which will guide the copy for the website. Dori writes copy based on your input and her SEO research. You’ll have copy to review by the end of week two.
WEEK THREE
Website is designed using brand colors, images, and copy you have approved. You’ll have 3 days to review the design with copy and provide feedback. We discuss your sales landing page and how best to use this space for your business growth.
WEEK FOUR
Website design will be revised based on your feedback. Technical SEO tasks completed on the website. Sales landing page is completed. You give final approval.
LAUNCH & SUPPORT
Website is published. Final SEO elements put into place. Google My Business page created or updated as needed. You are shown how to make updates to your site, and offered an on-going website management package.
